About the UDC Dental Care Plan
The UDC Dental Care Plan is designed for patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered with a guaranteed registration.
What does our plan include?
Our plan is administered by DPAS and includes an initial registration fee of £10.
Our Level 1 plan costs £7.00 per month and covers:
- one dental health examination per year
- one hygiene visit with the dentist which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
- small clinical x-rays
- routine oral cancer screening
- 10% discount on treatment
- diet and oral hygiene advice
Our Level 2 plan costs £14.15 per month and covers:
- two dental health examinations per year
- two hygiene visits with the dentist which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
- small clinical x-rays
- routine oral cancer screening
- 10% discount on treatment
- diet and oral hygiene advice
We also offer a children's plan:
3-12 years: £4.75 per month
13-19 years: £7.00 per month
Both children plans cover:
- two dental examinations per year
- one hygiene appointment per year including scale and polish and periodontal advice
- diet and oral hygiene advice
Each plan also includes preference of dental appointments including late evening and weekends, access to a 24 hour dental emergency helpline 365 days a year, and worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance.
How do you join our plan?
There is no need for an assessment. Joining is very simple. All you have to do is complete a registration form for us and a Direct Debit mandate and authorisation form for DPAS.
