About the UDC Dental Care Plan
The UDC Dental Care Plan is designed for patients who wish to attend our practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered by convenient monthly payments and priority booking in the event of a dental emergency.
The plan will also entitle you to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme for dental emergencies or dental trauma at home or abroad (subject to conditions.)
Our plan is administered by DPAS and there is an initial registration fee.
How do you join our plan?
You will need to complete a registration form about your medical history and privacy options and complete a Direct Debit mandate & authorisation form for DPAS.

What does our plan include?
All plans include:
- All necessary clinical x-rays
- Routine oral cancer screening
- Discounts on treatment
- Diet and oral hygiene advice
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme (subject to conditions)
Our 1+1 plan costs £11.95 per month and also covers:
- One dental health examination per year
- One hygiene appointment per year which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
Our 2+2 plan costs £22.90 per month and also covers:
- Two dental health examinations per year
- Two hygiene appointments per year which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
Our 2+4 plan costs £33.50 per month and also covers:
- Two dental health examinations per year
- Four hygiene appointments per year which includes a scale and polish and periodontal advice
Children’s Plan
We also offer a children’s plan.
Cancelling your dental plan
If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month’s notice.
