Emergency cases only include: swelling, bleeding and trauma; if a crown or filling has come out, the next available appointment will be offered. Toothache is also not classed as a dental emergency.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel an appointment, we require whenever possible 24 hours’ notice. This enables us to make another appointment – perhaps for someone in pain. If you repeatedly fail to attend or do not give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel, we reserve the right to remove you from our list.
