Who can register?

We are open to everyone – students, staff, the general public, and families.

Types of registration

The UDC Dental Care Plan is designed for patients who wish to attend our practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered with a guaranteed registration.

We offer private treatment plus a limited number of NHS spaces.

NHS places are offered at charges set by the government: please see our NHS information page for full details.

Please drop in to see us, or ring reception on (01792) 602 222.

You will also need to complete a form about your medical history and privacy options, and attend an initial assessment. You can download this form below or complete in person.
